Before You Rent  - PLEASE READ

IMPORTANT: By placing and completing an order this indicates that you have read and agreed to the following terms of hiring from Band Of Frocks.

Cancellation Policy: 

Rental Fee's are Non-Refundable, if you cancel your order, you will be offered store credit (Valid for 12 months). Make sure you give us plenty of notice as Store Credit will only be offered should you cancel your order 7 days (or more) before your order date

 

PICK UPS:

- Once the Dress has left the shop/been picked for your order, you will not be refunded should you; change your mind or find another option etc.

Simple:
Band Of Frocks. will not provide refund should;
- the item not arrive (due to late order, after 10:00pm Tuesday)
- you cancel your order,
- your event is cancelled,
- you don't like the look/fit of the garment
- If the garment doesn't fit.

Band of Frocks. will offer credit/refund should; the item have arrived damaged, which makes the dress unwearable.

 

WEAR:
Again simple, look after this dress like you would a fresh set of nails lol

Damage, I'm realistic - if there is damage to the dress I will discuss this with you, the expectation is that we would agree on a cost of repair or replacement.

 

POSTAGE: If you make a postage order after 10:00pm on a Tuesday. Then you run the risk of postage delay, we will not be held responsible for your dress not arriving

 

RETURNS:

- No need to wash the dress gal, you have done enough!

- Dress MUST be posted back/returned on the MONDAY following your event (unless agreed otherwise).

Locals: You Agree to drop your dress off in the Black Drop box outside the shop (26 Kelvin Street), no later than 9:00pm.

National renters:
You agree to post the dress back on Monday & provide Band Of Frocks. with tracking.

Important: Failure to return/send back your dress on a Monday will result in late fee's. $20.00 per day & no one wants that. The real kicker is that you will also be charged the rental fee for any future rentals that your late return impacts.
This late fee will be charged to the card used for the rental booking.
